suspended between two floors
suspended inside his web,
cocooned,
don't remember when
or how,
anymore
there are no corners here
no way out
no way in
but if we should be caught
in an elevator
somewhere in Canada
puppets
on a Greek Island
surrounded by cyan ocean
dripping with
just the two of us,
stuck between two floors,
give us time,
O Lord,
to finish what you started
cocooned,
don't remember when
or how,
anymore
there are no corners here
no way out
no way in
but if we should be caught
in an elevator
somewhere in Canada
puppets
on a Greek Island
surrounded by cyan ocean
dripping with
just the two of us,
stuck between two floors,
give us time,
O Lord,
to finish what you started
