TIME BEING

 Time being
is spent
in the mean time,
lean times
cast off on the side lines
of what's really
important -
the precious passing moments
in the ephemeral limits of
now

Affect is the new effect
of experiential learning
It'll never define
the yearning,
the rawness 
of feeling,
the existential reeling 
in the time of being, 
now!


Let's defer our thrill
to another day's kill
let's squander 
Time with boredom 
just for  pleasure.
She's too difficult to measure
let's just say -
her being is happening right
Now!
