Beyond

you
are like me
no longer a young virgin
but since long ago an immortal
infected by the same bite as me
restlessly wandering over concrete and
imaginary continents

night to day
day to night
constantly seeking new immaculate
virgins
to enchant
charms drives you
to peripheral madness

we
always find each other
in  all ages
and you know
I can see beyond
into your
troubled heart that is like mine
but yet
the object changes
and you rip angrily in the tough roots
cursing
to be
free
but the quest is always the same

you want to make yourself
a secret

invisible
you want to stress along
the treetops
but in the shimmers of the moonlight
I see your secret signs and codes
though they are for someone else

                                      '   beloved it hurts '

yes
when the lunar tincture has faded
in the coolness of dawn
we both know what pain is

you are like
me

at the height of the treetops
of your landscape
in powder rain
the song of the immortal sings
and we join them all

you think you should
go free
but I tell
you
you are like me
and we can not hide
from each other
bodily separated
forever
means nothing
for our hungry souls
have entered the alliance of
the damned

an no one
can escape

I see you are aquiring more

I see you are aquiring more skills with each write.Detailed and in depth expose on the inner soul of love unrequited, metaphored as the animal person, raw and savage, adds an interesting dimention. I see that your form and structure are showing more cohesion and development. Your very vivid metaphors are also distinctly preasant.I still think you can highten, strengthen, and bring your work into line with the best of published work by continueing to fine tune your structured sentences to a higher precission. Also working on the over all structure and form of the poem. These are constant concerns of mine that cause me to pull out words as, I pull out hair. In my opinion every word must find it's proper meaning and place. Becoming more important as the poem theme becomes more complex. One of your best poems delightful to read. Shear pleasure. Agreed Barry. Molly o... your work is bordering sublime. Just follow your heart until it removes everything except the essence of your words. You know how. ~A "...when it agrees with reason and it will benefit one and all, then accept it and live by it." ~ Buddha

Breath Catching...

You Know Molly, For a moment and instant you caught my breath, as light as a feather but can never be held for long. The ever cycle of life roots us to this earth and the immortal soul roams unfettered within the cosmos. The moon may give all a silvery after glow but the floating sapphire moonbeams that our souls dance upon watching below gives us the inner strength for the mortal realm indeed. And that fine line a tightrope that we must all walk... with balancing hands, some that shelter, some that slay either side we must choose into which hands we fall. I love the deep, mellow and sombreness of this write as it etches its own feeling and sentience within all the readers hearts and makes look beyond our own pettiness and to look to a realm beyond imagination... a fate we cannot escape, so do not jump or even fall in to deaths hands but to skip and smile happily into its arms. Peace of mind, body, soul, spirit and heart can be found then. Simply magnificent... always a fan of yours Molly and always will be. Oh and yes Molly winter has set in here strong winds and heavy rain has hit us and days as well as nights are getting colder. But I can always warm myself up by coming here and finding heart warming poetry on your page. Dale :)

Dearest Dale. Thank You for

Dearest Dale. Thank You for your comments Dale. How wonderful it is to hear from you. Read in the news today that England have had so much rain that some people have to leave their homes because of floods. I really do hope that rain will stop and that the sun comes out and makes everything ok again. I hope you are well Dale. If you get to much problems.. please call so I can come and rescue you. love. o molly

My dear friend Molly!

Oh yes please, I'd so like to be rescued by you! :) I am fine Molly really most of the flooding occured in the north of england where I originally came from, I know live in central england so although it was wet and windy, no floods happened near me! So very nice of you to think of me at this time though, such a good, kind and thoughtful friend you are! A huge squishy hug for you Molly, you deserve it my dear! Thank you so much! Dale :)
