A Tale Beguiling
A Tale Beguiling…
A nymph I say would dance this way,
in order to beguile.
Say no go to the rear my dear,
be I there in a short while.
Moved barefoot across tiled floor,
stops to stretch, with yawn.
Mind softly drunk with laughter,
dreamer’s classic spawn.
Entrenched in all his countries beauty,
chaste, the feeling scorn.
Yet nearer to her scent I’ll travel,
insanity’s, first rule born.
Lying racked in nightly fevers,
his deal with madness struck.
Know now true anger nymph,
and pain as wings, I pluck.
What, will you away now nymph,
for now this state you find.
A deal I’ll say that’s well done,
has surely saved the mind…
