After the gold rush

After the gold rush

The end of desire

Passion has died

Like the heat of the fire

Time to move on

Start over again

Spent too much time

In the wind and the rain

Find me a spot

Where its warm

And its dry

Take time to reflect

Wipe the tear from my eye

Some folks they tell me

Your never too old

So I’ll buy me a spade

Go diggin

’ fer gold
