minstrel thanks

My ladies; Cat, Green Eyes and Anna,
With Raven, too, round my pianer
Try not to laugh as I plink on
One - fingered tune, a marathon
That would try any mortal’s patience
(attacked by the United Nations! )
But listen and you may just hear
The opening notes of “Doh - a deer”

Thanks for writing
Ian

there is a cantor by the name of tam the chanter on a clear day he will whisk you away to play in his fields of little green eyes with cats and bats but never never ask him to doff his hat! (you'll never know what you'll find on top of ol' smokey, if the last rhyme doth not rhyme, sew saith he, with nary a raft! (his finger's gone daft...wiht a toke and a joke!) Phew. This is hard stuff! "...when it agrees with reason and it will benefit one and all, then accept it and live by it." ~ Buddha

Touche my dear, I want to take a moment to reflect Upon your welcome lines which I find droll and yet suspect That you and I would like the major languages combine To form a new communicant where every line must rhyme. There being not much chance of that, at least you might agree That we've made a start, I hope it isn't only you and me! Regards Ian
