resolve
He hated everything
Himself the most
Constantly running
From his past’s ghost
Searching blindly
For his release
He stumbles upon
Inner peace
A look in the mirror
Revealed it all
His selfishness
“His pride’s call”
Finally aware
He can’t escape
His resolve stirs
Then he awakes
“I’m not perfect”
He willingly admits
“But I won’t stop living”
He will not quit
Fate has found him
With joy he embraces
All his sadness and hatred
God now erases
He knows not how
His story will end
He thanks God for “now”
And stops worrying about “when”
Himself the most
Constantly running
From his past’s ghost
Searching blindly
For his release
He stumbles upon
Inner peace
A look in the mirror
Revealed it all
His selfishness
“His pride’s call”
Finally aware
He can’t escape
His resolve stirs
Then he awakes
“I’m not perfect”
He willingly admits
“But I won’t stop living”
He will not quit
Fate has found him
With joy he embraces
All his sadness and hatred
God now erases
He knows not how
His story will end
He thanks God for “now”
And stops worrying about “when”
