Critters of my Heart

A funny bunnie
a crazy cat
it does my heart so good;

to see you play
through-out the day
like, happy critters should.

Darkness distilled
can cover eyes
like fiends jumping around;

on earth, or sand
you must understand
hearts are touched, without a sound.

Don't go away
caress the way
I appreciate your smile...

my life, I live
for what you give...
and my gratitude's my style.

You're my only heart
so, I won't start
by giving you a surprise;

my actions show
the me, you know...
be sure and look into my eyes !

A joyful poem
