Worst Poem Ever

a maxi dress in a cathouse
flowers on a wall
vase sitting on a shelf
a pear about to fall
these are things that cross my mind
why i do not know

one person's shait is another person's treasure

Actually, I kind of like it. It begs for someone to totally run amok with it and get carried away. Have you been eating heavily before bed again? I thought we discussed this. *grin* ~Jess K. ----------------------- "There was no promise made, the part you played, the chance you took. Surreal, I love this, it has the Haïku simplicity about it too,

Dear Rett I think this is terrific Rett, as you leave us to fill in and to make the poem into the poem, the ordinary being so placed before our eyes becomes no longer ordinary; the individual things, like those in a Samuel Beckett. play eg:- "Waiting for Godot" "Let's go. Yes let's go. ( they do not move)." "Nothing to be done." And was it Brecht who had a pair of boots on a table and the whole play was about and around those boots in absurd theatrical speeches and murmurings, its so inspiringly creative when something is left out and we can fill it in. Surreal, I love this, it has the Haïku simplicity about it too, and the emphasis on the still-life like objects is of course exciting for a painter like myself-I am there waiting to do a painting of these things and you have given me the freedom of expression I need as a stimulus, dead right. Its something to do with timing, miming, and sheer creativity that takes over in absurd theatre, where the humour of leaving things out is so wonderful. You didn't expect that now did you Rett!! Love from Ann of Norway.

OMG! I'm a genius

and didn't even know it. Seriously, I took random lines from different poems I had and put them together. Either I am a nut or someone here is. *LOL* Thanks Ann, totally unexpected.
