A Relic of Wings (And Then No More):

To admit one knows nothing
is the first step toward knowledge.

A soul in the ocean
the sea of love

the hell of rememberance
the bodies pull, a luminescent string

the fear of God
to exist only in Him
the longing to be and then no more...

the question over the dying heart
hexagons brand the eyes

stigmata of the four poles
Aristotle's elemental lies

the longing to know
beyond nothingness
and then no more,,,

to view the Cosmos with the eyes of Angels
to have known a paradise and yet gain the world

to know good and evil are of one unrelenting shroud
that death walks hand in hand with life

to rule instead a kingdom of incessant laughter
the song of carnage ever fills the air

the ascetic trance to escape the dance
in the arms of death the maiden

to stand entranced of a flame bearing flame
marked in the fiery brand "Thou Shalt Not!"

And then no more...

…and then no

...and then no more....indeed, Dalton. "Stigmata of the four poles, Aristotle's elemental lies" These lines come from nowhere, yes? ;-) to be willing to dive deep into the heart of awareness and to be no more... ...ahhhh. so. ~A "...when it agrees with reason and it will benefit one and all, then accept it and live by it." ~ Buddha
