Homage to Dylan

As ancients mused on angels

Let us dance together my love

In all our tuneful turning

On this tip of a pin of time.

hello

An elegant poem. Great imagery, I could see it in my mind. But I wonder which Dylan? Always, Cat

Dylan

Hi, It's Dylan Thomas because one line is taken from Fern Hill. I left off the last name because I thought that for some not too interested in poets, just Dylan would work and the poem could just stand on its words about an unknown Dylan. That "in all our tuneful turning" is borrowed probably wouldn't matter to some readers. I name Dylan for myself to be honest about it and because I am fond of his poetry and he inspired these words, I mean the ones that are my own :) Thanks for your comment. I wrote this when I was 19 and pulled it out of my journal the other day to think. That's when I decided to submit it. Cheers, Don
