Poetree
Welcome to the Poetree,
What I call my poetry,
Beacuse like a tree it grows and grows,
Branches sway from highs to lows.
A tough trunk makes it stable,
Wropping words tight in a cradle,
The thick skin of it's bark,
Holds me safe in the dark.
Baring fruits so bittersweet,
Giving energy, keeping me on my feet.
Little lives shiver in motion,
As they feel my raw emotion,
Grounded, the roots keep it alive,
Helping my sanity to survive.
What I call my poetry,
Beacuse like a tree it grows and grows,
Branches sway from highs to lows.
A tough trunk makes it stable,
Wropping words tight in a cradle,
The thick skin of it's bark,
Holds me safe in the dark.
Baring fruits so bittersweet,
Giving energy, keeping me on my feet.
Little lives shiver in motion,
As they feel my raw emotion,
Grounded, the roots keep it alive,
Helping my sanity to survive.
