Home

I used to think home was a place
A location on a map
Being lost for an eternity
Is that where I'm at

Could home be a person?
That feeling so devine
So what of bricks and mortar
What place is there to find?

But we are in no building!
We are in no Shrine!
Only sitting by a river
Just her heart and mine

With that one, that perfect one
I now begin to feel
That love does last forever
And it just feels unreal!

So coming home, what of it
I now begin to find
My heart has come to realise
Her body, soul and mind

We are home!

I absolutely loved this one

I absolutely loved this one stuart I only had one gripe ... that second last line Her body, soul and mind ? I think it needs a 'In her body soul and mind ' but as I said only an opinion ... so other than that small thing .. a brilliantly beautiful write that touched me .... I loved that you asked the questions and answered them finding your own truths are usually the best way to find them ... love and hugz Jayne x x
