Song of Songs (pt. 2)

Song of Songs [pt. 2] God is made of want. A kiss is pooled in the center of your mouth. He reaches for it. Others are cured when they touch my hem, He says, And waits for the holes in his hands to close. He dreams of you. In his dreams, You scale the sky to meet him. The stars slur when they see you, You are so beautiful. When you look into his eyes, He comes lightning all over your hands. When you touch him, He comes mercury all over you, Pure tremble. You do not want him. You only remember him When the rain begins to fall And his shrapnel begins to ache inside you. I will give you storms, Then, he says. A hundred. A thousand. I wil drown you under octaves of water, I will sing you under with scales of rain. . I wrote them into a sentence of want, And now they will burn forever. When the world finally ends........ Where Is the girl? The god who was singing He lifted his voice And sang an octave higher. Where Is god? O He is kneeling inside The skin cathedral.

Dear Shells

I really really loved this one ... but again the want in two different lines threw me off lessened the meaning somehow ... but I really love these shell I wrote them into a sentence of want, And now they will (want)need forever. When the world finally ends…….. and that last line needs a tweak its lacking somehow maybe if you tried and the world finally ends ? Just suggestions but I really love these pieces :) kind regards Jayne x x x lol holding stars in my hand
