"ONE DARK NIGHT"vol.2
She walk's slowly down a poorly lit hallway, her bloodied footprint's follow. Her blade still in her hand, finger's caked with her dead lover's blood.Ancestor's stare blindly from old gothic portrait's that hang's from the cool granite wall. She hear's a child's footsteps running down the stained oak staircase. Her heart beating, can almost be seen visually from her still nude chest.Terrible sound's as if from some wild beast can be heard through an open window at the top of the stairway. She hear's a heavy knock on her front door.Mommy someone's at the door her child yell's from the bottom of the step's.The frightened mother quietly whisper's to herself, what have I done, please forgive me, as she take's her own life.Mommy! the small child scream's after she heard the loud thud from upstairs. She receive's no answer as the door knocked again. The child enveloped in fear, afraid and alone begin's slowly up the stairway, one step at a time.Blood now working it's way down like a crimson waterfall. The door knocking again make's the child slip startling her, she grab's at the next step only to grab handful's of her mother's blood she cries as the door is opened with tremendous force. Her little leg's strong with emotion carry her the rest of the way.She see's her mother now throat gaping from the self inflicted wound and scream's.She hear's large footstep's making their way through her home.Crying from the sight of her mother, she hide's in a small closet thats filled with musty old clothes.
to be continued...
