Dear Odd Molly:

Yep!, a children's party, and all Neopoet seems to be invited. How wonderful! I like your humor, dear Molly, and I love the poem immensely. You are a poet who tells things as they are, and you do it with such sublimation, that is sometimes difficult to catch all of your excellent intuitions. Great, flawless poem! Sincerely, Hugo

Thank You dear Hugo for your kind comments about Molly's party. Yes that is the wonderful thing with poetry to tell things as they are and you are also allowed to tell about your wishes and deepest dreams. May angels send you a happy day. Love. o molly

I am happy that you liked

I am happy that you liked Molly's party. The pinata was something I always dreamt of as a child. I thought it was a beautiful thing with the bonbons and chocolate and everything that came rushing as a beautiful and happy rain and everyone ran and jumped and got excited and a bit silly. I think it is a sad thing that you hate children's parties.. maybe you will change some day when it comes to that.. because children's parties can be such a joy.. Thank You so much dear K for your comments and for visiting my page. Love. o molly

Dear Molly,

You are experimenting. It took me a read and a pause and a read and a pause to decide that you are experimenting. Not so much in substance, since you often use poetry to depict a dream of the ideal, but in style. This poem has fewer contextual clues. It requires a willingness to go for the ride. I very much like that you are not settling to stay in the groove which has proved so successful to date. Such adventure keeps you in the art of poetry. Brian

Dear Brian. I hope you feel better now .. Thank you so much for visiting my page. You are so right that I am experimenting. All my writing is an experiment and an attempt to with words to express my fantasies and deepest feelings and thoughts. I have worked with various forms of art. Writing is pretty new to me. I think it is the most difficult form of art that I have met so far. I am very glad for your comments and they inspire me a lot and your words give me courage to write more. much Love. o molly

Can I ride the pinata?

You know Molly I love pinatas? Doesn't matter if it the straw ones, the stitched cloth ones or the papier mache ones! We used to do that at easter and have all the chocolate eggs come falling down like confetti ... a children's wedding to chocolate! If I dress as a clown can I come please Molly? I'll make the children laugh!? he he! I just love the frivoloity in this poem, with childlike glee and wonder thrown in to spin the reader deeper in to the play. The whole poems feels happy and I think all the children here must be delighted, I am uncertain if this is a party you actually had or something you want to do but either way this is delightfully descriptive poem with huge gold chocolate happy hearts stuck all over it. And that was after Elvis in his jumpsuit sings Blue Suede Shoes and other hits! Karaoke queen you must be Molly! Sing your heart out and make all the audience sing with you! The polar bear must be dancing too! Yay! You make my day with poems like this! Simple, sweet and startlingly good Molly! Dale :)

DaleI am so happy that you

Dale I am so happy that you came to the party because a party without you is not a real party and how we danced while the chocolate and bon bons kept confetti falling down on us !! Thank You my dear friend for such lovely comments. If everyone had the energy and happiness that you have the world would be a paradise place. Love. o molly
