Which Door ?

I felt the beauty
that flows in your heart
ribbons of time
that bind us in part

I've seen the majesty
of your smile,
lighting the days
forever in miles

Your gaze was a balm
to the hurt inside,
pealing the layers
that covered a mind

A courage that inspires
the valiant to awe,
even in tears,
a strength seeps to pour

In anger the tremble
speaks to all leagues,
thoughts are tender
and spoken with ease

In blood you've fought
the demons of hell,
In kindness you wove
a love lasting spell

Rainbows that sparkle
flow in your wake,
the ripples that spread
killing all hate

With faith I hope
for eternity with you,
Holding my heart
I start to step through

5 Stars for this read, content and title great, Flowed well. Typo with, peeling, 3rd Stanza. You have written a sorrowful poem, but I found a beautiful sense of calm over riding the pain and sorrow that I felt in reading this, as I hope you did in writing it. Well done my dear girl. Dear Lyz, I am so glad you liked this one i have surfaced from the deep again ... gotta love talking technicolour PMSL ... Sorry bit of sick humour not so funny LOL ... I didnt think it was sorrowful in writing hun but it could be that its the yearning in the lines, this is an old write, did a quick clean up and put it on ... havent done an edit yet but plan too in the next couple of days ... the pealing was meant to be pealing as in bells ... the sound of layers pealing off the mind just struck me as different and quirky , and I love different lmao :P and I am quirky :P thanks huni will ring you tonight got some more NEWS lmao ;) P.S its only two days till we come down there again YAY !!!! :D love and higgest bugs Jayneee

This is a heartfelt poem, I can see that. I read between the lines about the steps you would like to take towards that admirable person you know and talk about. Your poem reflects an almost tangible atmosphere of sadness and longing. Whatever it is, I just encourage you to cheer up, in the good sense, not just cheers!, as someone had said before. This is a very old write I did a clean up and put it on ... I am faraway from this these days,the person that wrote this doesnt exsist anymore except maybe in my memory,so worry not hun I am quite content in my little patch of the world and I feel blessed everyday .... love and higgest bugs Jayne x x

We do not have to step through all doors to see what is behind them, sometimes it is best if we look before we leap. I think that you were right to wait for the last one. The past may be a prettier place to visit, but the wonder of not knowing what lies ahead, coupled with that we hope for... I love it! ~ Gee.

Dearest Friend

I have got the biggest smile , you got it totally it was meant to be inspirational and make you feel better , and if time constrants with Lyz and I can be worked out yep we are going to meet up her daughter comes to my house all the time shes seeing my nephew lol sooo we are sort of like family and I ahve already talked to Lyz on the phone shes a sheila like me we get on great I think the world of her and I adore her daughter Jadey babe I call her, and she will always be that to me shes such a special young woman Snake and I both think shes wonderful ... and that hug will be given as soon as I meet her I feel like i already knew her anyway , Jade was always talking bout her Mum and I think they are alike a little lol ;) love and higgest bugs Jayne x x x
