The, the

The sky is so patchy
with wanted grey clouds

The light shines so brightly
in this black street tonight

The cars blow their horns
while pedestrians talk

The old ladies gawk
with there canes in one hand

The banks are slowly robbed
by latex laden lads

The taps they are leaking
waiting for handyman Joe

The beer is poured slowly
while punters throw coins

The clocks are ticking
taking away the good times...
