The Glorious Pill
Black tides have fallen
to shores barren of
the hopes of existence
spirits once we did love
faeryless dreams wandering hills
of minds since taken
by this glorious pill
lost were senses
once we shared
but gone before taking
this trip one dares
like a box filled with dark
the mind holds in all
letting nothing escape it
oppressing the calls
of souls not ready
to give into death
still searching for hope
a normal life's breath
