the thousandth time

Rain hugs these hills
holding to these slopes,
as closely as my attention
to you,
in a summers dress.

Whose fields I follow
in contoured coloured cotton
on your skin.

Droplets clinging with spring, embrace
these finest stems, sheerest surface,
softest thin;
silvered curving filling to release.

Tremulous is tumbled
for the thousandth time
into this dream of us.

dear Molly

sorry that I haven't replied earlier, I am so happy that you enjoy my writing, though I have not done much for a while, I seem to have been a little pre occupied, spring is here and the pace of life quickens so perhaps I shall start to sip the heady nectar and float my thoughts and dreams.... love.
