Haikuesque ~

how cold the heart
without love
how bitter its understanding.

~~~~~~~~~
tiny blue butterflies
drunk on daffodil wine
cloud pillows in the sky
~~~~~~~~~

leaves
like musical notes
fall
coloured with sound

~~~~~~~~~~~
a long snout
breaks the ground
truffles found!
~~~~~~~~~~~~

a union of souls
resonate
every where
peace rings out

~~~~~~~~~~~~
follow me
said the Son
to the light
~~~~~~~~~~~

wild geese ride
crisp Autumn sky
I learn to say goodbye

~~~~~~~~~~~
a green Buddha sits
so silent you could hear trees
growing
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

lavendar scent
falls from memory
like spring bouquets

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
floating
samsara's sea
waves lapping
idle joy
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

thoughts of One
glide the air like waves
bliss fills my being

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Should be dandelion wine!!!
The daffodils , oh the daffodils, "I wandered lonely as...." Oh you know what the Japanese haïku is speaking, of course Anna does, she is poetry itself, falling through these Neopoets sides like music for our souls. They are wonderful you dear sister, lover of natures secret thoughts, here personified in coded verse. "Wild geese ride crisp Autumn sky I learn to say goodbye" This one takes my heart out into the grey-white sky and wrenches the tears from my thoughts, good byes are so strong and sad. I love watching the wild geese leave Norway and have seen them go past the very window here, at eye level,ii was enraptured, or whatever one says, so excited I was jumping up and down for several minutes by the sight of them. Those lovely snuffly truffle snouted pigs. The trees growing by the mossed over Buddha. The tinkling colours of the leaves. Oh lovely poetess. Tu est "je suis poêt", I mentioned in another comment the tale of the poetess bare footed who came into the grassy meadow of a dewy morning in her dressing gown exclaiming that, beside her was the newly hatched little blue butterfly, I will never forget it all. I was camping in her meadow. You have come into our meadow of the mind and gently put your feet on the damp grass and moved us Anna the wise.
Dear Anne
Ah the oneness of the great, it's so beautiful even to hear about them. The choice of words gave you a nice poem though. Gentle regards, Hugo
