Coo Lady, Come Lovely

'Twas calm
ol' Lady, come lovely
rest your head down in the grass,

feline imps, homeland secure
but, it's the Lady-time, demure
even the faint breeze, lends credence to her sass.

Today
coo Lady, come lovely
offer up your senses to Nature's way;

splendor on the lawn, refined
attention given, so canined
lap it up, and lolly-gag away the day.

Trip away
ol' Lady, come lovely
wiggle toes in Life's cool earth,

feline imps, homeland secure
and with the Lady's heart so pure
tired starlings open doors, and dreams give birth.

Twilight
coo Lady, come lovely
and welcome Life's approach to change,

your lot purchased by your stance
the world possessed inside your trance
and only you can give good promise, to Midnight's strange.

How neat, Jayne....

...I personally have two cats, my friend Carol has the "pit". I was just trying to look at Lady's park outing, through her eyes. That's why I mentioned that my cats were securing the "homeland".L.o.l. But, what a great disposition your mate must have ! Anyhoo...thanks for the nice remark, you're still a "diamond in my eye"! "Write on" sincerely, #{:-{)}8==== docmaverick.
