The Lighted Castle

I don't claim the blaring

truths of the world

nor the fanciful

creations of the chosen,

but to be a manifest

compassionate spark in

the spacious

clearings of your heart.

Knowledge resides

amidst the fascination

of enchanted worlds,

and happy constellations

of the night sky,

but only the starry

formations of my heart

possess the key signs

and symbols which

will unlock the fruition

of your loving gaze.

For it's the feeblest

of smiles, though

weak and sad,

that shows the way

in the darkest corners

of this fancied little

castle made with

thoughts and feelings.

So many talented people on Neo and it is like being in a sweet shop...who do I choose , what mood do I read today? I am so enjoying this site and again Hugo my discovery of your work is like a precious gem that has been waiting there for me to share . Thank you, I love this poem the words 'of your loving gaze.
