AFTER THE WINTER

The diamond that cuts through illusion
shines through my sky, seasons of sunshine now enlighten disparaging goodbyes. Spring comes  with ever enchanting enterprises -to chase Winter and all her diminishing disguises...
Face up flowers stretch for the sun, colours adorn the heavens and smiles of everyone. Spring has returned to  the Southern HemisphereA heart once frozen overby a bitterness so clear -is  now warmed by new hope and filled with this cheer. BjR  August 23 '09

Thank you Jayne

It's been so hard for me to find 'new inspiration', but coming away from a lovely walk yesterday - with new Spring flowers out, I had to pay homage to nature! Please post yours soon... Looking forward to your work - as ever. Boni

Where I am, Summer shall soon be ending and I am ever so happy to see it go for health reasons. I am so looking forward to Fall and Winter this year. Your poem is lovely and descriptive. Very lighthearted. Always, Cat
