Enhanced compromise
Of the constitution .
This ? is said to be, the land of the free
All will be equal
Every man  no less , even if
His blood has stained, that old hanging tree.

Silently , added segregation
The forty acres , and a mule
Or the reservation .
This constitution always, enhanced
By a separate , rule

The elected administration
A circle of the self rightist  , their congregation
Gave birth  to demarcation , a justified decontamination
