Past and Presnt of A Poet

                                Past and Present

                                 Of a Poet

He was poor and empty handed

             His skills were unrecognized there

             he was skilled  Though

             No chances were given

He was scolded as a poet of  poverty

             Struggled and strived to live

             Borrowed and begged to eat

             Everything has gone to end

All his helping pools were dried and vanished

His hunger ate his poetic skills

He was killed by his hunger and

Kept him as a unclaimed in a road

Years rolled and placed him in the peak

As a great poet in the world

His wrecked house turns as a symbol

The same society crowned him as a great

hello

I like the title and the theme. Sometimes it is hard to be a poet what with all the other things going on around. In this line: he was skilled Though May I suggest that you capitalize the H in he and not the t in Though. Always, Cat

Skilled Poet...

I like the way you wrote this and would leave the capital T and change the line to read as [Though he was skilled.] Many great people [especially poets] are unrecognized until after their death, and sometimes not until a long time after. Nice job, Sakkkkkkkkk, Your friend Gee.
