Escape in Noise

I feel those decibels
expelling from my fingers

I feel them pound through my chest
pure, unrelentless

I can't feel human the second skin touches string
something takes over and I've been crowned king

king of this little place where right now im alone
a place someday id like to call my home

there I'd make a house, double brick, so i won't get cold
have a family, and  a dog and play a bass of solid gold

Oh! the adrenaline! oh! the rush!
element to element, its smooth, never rough

Its the groove man, you have to experience it first hand
and trust me, the feeling, it lingers

I hope you too feel those decibels
expelling from my fingers
