Beguiled in Moon Dust

In trickster-ed light
the moon came alive
tendrils of space
floating divine

A smiling face
cratered in time
breaks into laughter
thrilling the sublime

Clouding of mists
flow off his form
nothing of him
is of the norm

A voice from ages
vibrating light
trickling honey
and warming thighs

Beguiling maidens
from hither and yon
making them giddy
with beats to a song

Star dancing rugs in
breathless nights
moon milk his drug
and elixir delight

Moon dusted lust
with polka dot themes
swept into passion
with celestial dreams

Dear Jayne

Don't you just love the moon? It can be so inspiring, especially the grand full moon. It rained here last night so no moon was insight for us. A fun poem you have created here! Always, Cat

Your

capacity to weave such ethereal joy with your poetry never fails to amaze me. I remember the visionary period! I've lost so much of it and you seem to have retained it. As Chuck aptly noted, you're having too much fun! lol. No such thing. Great job GB

*Big Smile*

I find joy in the smallest things GB ... It might be the fact I sighted a butterfly this morning LOL I know some might think me simple but when life has been rough you either drown in sorrow or blaze with life ... I choose life everytime :D ... and I agree there is no such thing as having too much fun ...just most people forget to live their life ... in a confusing world of stress and so much pressure these mystical journeys are my path to an inner peace ... much love and Hugz Jayne x x x "We did not change as we grew older; we just became more clearly ourselves. Moon Dust

A happy, witty, write, dear heart! I just love the full moon. It can bring so many feelings to the fore. You cannot not have too much fun though. I guess that wouldn't be fair. So you will have to do pennance. How about, ten lashes with a fairy wand? Of course it may give you a laughing fit, but then you might write something just as fun, and have to have some more pennance, What a vicious circle! L & Hugz, Gee.
