Broken

Broken

Broken  me
Broken you
Broken is the trust
That we believe
A marriage was true

Just broken
Without conception
Just broken  without validation
Just broken  beyond  intention
Leaving , a broken smile that will not listen

But why do you  still ware my last name ?
Why are you bound ,by this chain
Is this a  validation  of wasted time
Your one sided ,conception
Always ,was rejection
I have made peace
With that broken session

I have earn my right
For harmony
Tranquility
Every time , I ask for your
Conception of what our marriage should be

Even this dark cloud had a silver lining
Knowledge of  mistakes
I have learned
When I love the next time
A chapter  not to repeat

The only way to  have love
Live in love
Is beyond  the intentions of
Broken  you
Broken  me
Love would have gave us
The tool to fix that broken seed
The  conception  of trust would have made our  marriage complete

By now we should be friends
The broken you
The broken me

The years have pass
A chapter of broken now closed
Only my last name is left behind
A validation , that two people were married
In some point in time

Broken

Broken is very repetitious in this piece. A good poem though. I like the rhythm and rhyme. And how the thought flow through out the poem. I like the part where to love again will not be repeated in the next chapter of life. ~~~~~~~~~ Be whoever you are At all times, and Remember that Because of this, people will Always Respect, and Admire you ©2008Leonard Respectfully Yours, Barbara

BW

Don't go easy on me , Tell me was broken over used in this poem ? Did I just go for the flow and not the mind. Like the jazz in John Coltrane , Miles Davis or my favorite Keith Jarrett. Truthfully , I want my poetry to flow like this the math the equation of their song .This is my journey, to figure out how to translate music in to words . When we speak , our words are made of tones. When I play the sax I make tones We will talk about this more later BW LOV2U PRESS
