Missiles projectedfrom the human womb;Over crowded worlds;Human detritus Disappeared civilisations;Flora and fauna;either rare or relegated toto the archivesof National Geographic  Bloated politicians;Impoverished sycophantsChoking rivers;Boiling oceans;Melting glaciers Territorial aggrandisement;Brutalised populations;Squashed cultures;Obliterated histories Transformed paradises;Killing fields;Underground caches;of human remains Greater and lesser bodiesaligned like sheep for slaughterHuman historypainted in blood;Written in waterTrapped in greed

a moving collage

Leonard Each line draws a clear emotion, image and thought And through each there is a sense of motion, of a question raised A melange of words yet the lines stride confidently The only troublesome one was aggrandisement, which try as I might, stuck a bit Good work here. Cheers Tania
