As you Slumber

To the king of my heart as he slumbers

This is a time I treasure the most. A time to share to be so close
To be held in his loving embrace looking at my truelove’s face
This time not measured by the clock he is sturdy as a rock

To feel him breathing on me oh how safe do I feel
as his heartbeats gentley so steady my man of steel
His radiance, the Aurora Borealis cannot compare
My love is himself a cosmic event
He makes me feel so content
Here is the only place
I long to be for all
eternity

He is my King and I want to be his queen
He is my knight tall dark leather clad
With a heart full of light and fight
oh to my delight

All I have is my heart so true to give to you
My body and soul you already own.
You have music in your soul
