I thought this had a good meter all the way through, worked very well spoken aloud... a little on the sweet side for me, but I actually have a sweet side too... I just have trouble finding it sometime. good poem good flow easy to relate to Richard

Richard, I am glad that you were able to appreciate this one. Agreed, it is a bit on the sweeter side as I tend to be one who writes in the moment. Reflections of my muse often make me feel this way. It was a fun one for me to do as it takes me back over and over again every time that I read it even to this day. I am grateful for you having dropped in here and my door is always open.
