Grandma

  You are a cool woman
  You took me in
  I was young

  You are old
  That don't matter

  You feed me
  You love me
  I love you

This mostly Jason..

These words are Mostly Jason, I only turned them a little here and there to make it understandable from our view point, Jason is in a remedial reading and writing program. His handwriting is very poor, he misspells unforgivably, and is terse in his in his explanations. [describing what he meant] But, he can tell you all the rules for all his games, he can hold a conversation with the patience of his age,[12]. We have decided that we will collaborate on 35 poems and make a book.[titled: Poems by Jason and Grandpa] We have 7 I think. We are trying to get the rest of them over the summer. It may take longer, but we are on our way! Thank you much, for your comments.Geezer

Gee, Jason did a great job. It is simple and to the point. I apologize for not being on more this week, a particularly difficult week at home. Talk to ya later...

vert nicely..

Like I said, I struggled with this one until I decided to use just his words. I felt that it typified a child-like view, the one he has expressed over and over through years we have raised him. Thank you for the comments, Jason will be so pleased. ~ Gee. P.S. No apology needed, I know!

That don't matter...

You and all the people that comment are the ones who give Jason the audience, Without your comments, he wouldn't be so enthusiastic about the whole thing. I've just opened the door, all of you are the ones who invited us in. Thank you so much! Gee.

Gee, I think it’s

Gee, I think it's wonderful that you're collaborating with Jason, please tell him I LOVE his poem, almost Japanese-y, in it's directness and blooming with meaning :) I must check out more Grandpa & Jason writes, this is the first I've caught and it really warmed me :) Much love Beki xx

I think it is too....

I will leave a list of the Jason Grandpa poems, on my blog. We have fun doing them and hope that we can get 35 by the end of summer, early fall, so that we can make a book. It will be titled Poems by Jason and Grandpa. This was a departure from our regular type of poetry. Thank you for your comments from Jason and Gee.

I thank all who have commented on our poems. Jason gets a kick out of seeing the comments. He asks about our poems and how people like them. He thinks the people here are cool. I think the people here are cool, too! L & hugz, Gee.

Astounding...

Thank you so much for your comments, Jason and I are very proud of the poems we have done together. I will tell him as soon as he comes back from the store. We attended a party that his teacher, Mrs. Zadorian gave for her students today, and she said that she liked the poem that we wrote for her very much, and said she thought it the best present that she ever recieved from one of her students. She told us that she teared up a little as she read it to her husband. Her husband promised to look up all our poems on Neopoet. We are so happy that you and everyone like them. Thank you, again. ~ Geezer.
