Another Chance

God have mercyGive me another chanceLet me erase the past& change my cast My life has beena big mistakeLord, give me power                      to cut & paste Oh, how I like                               to change my life,especially the partsI cried & sighed Can I choose                              the actors in my play?If so, it'll be                                 my happiest day! Your Holiness, give me          insight to realise                      what’s going on                        inside their closed minds.

Wow... thank you sooooo much George. I never expected such kind words re. this poem from any one. Although those were the actual feelings that were running in my mind at the time I wrote them, I thought that this has no value at all as a poem. In fact, you wouldn't believe if I say that I wrote this a long time ago & kept it hidding thinking that it is not up to the standard to publish. So, after seeing your comments my way of thinking has got a boost and thanks to you, I might consider publishing some more poems that I wrote. Thanks again. Nilmini
