Cemetery Child (Cross Over)

Cemetery Child
Dressed in black
Who is it you mourn?
Is it your name on the plaque?

Cemetery Child
Wandering through the maze
Reaching out
From your misty haze

Cemetery Child
Follow the light
Fear not
Because it's so bright
Take one last look
At what used to be your life

I like it

just as it is. I think it is well written and I like the title. It flows well as the pacing is good. You keep writting them and I'll keep reading them ;) Always, Cat

Hey, Diamond Centred Tiny Hen

I liked this write as it was short and didn't complicate the after life and the transition, as I write on things from the other side it was just great to walk have him/her walk into the light. If you have a look at Sadie or Grandad in my short story side or the hard stuff of The Great Bear you will understand where I am coming from, Sadie is a constant companion to us here, along with her friends. Anyway I digress or something, you take care of you, the light is there and the otherv side is the most beautiful thing, Yours Ian.T

thank you

Glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes keeping something short and sweet is best to get to the point. I will definitely check out your writings.
