Stupid Tongue!

Hindsight is twenty-twenty they say.
My eye looking back,  says Stupid tongue
You shouldn't have said that!  
                                                                                
Brain rather late, says  Yeah, Stupid tongue
What the hell did you say that for?
Stupid tongue stutters, I didn't mean it!

Eye disgusted,  You are so stupid!
Brain again, Yeah Stupid tongue!

From somewhere, the voice of Reason.
If I had been here I wouldn't have let you say that!
Now, Stupid tongue says:

Well, where were you guys when I needed you?
Brain and Reason together chime, We were
Blinded by the Fight, Blinded by the Fight !

Thanks ... I needed that.

Thanks I needed that! I was a little on the edge about the puncuation, thought maybe it was too much. Was trying for a little longer pause, with that semi-colon. Guess it doesn't need that much of a pause. Gee.

Gee...

we can't help but stick our foot in our mouths at times, it makes us human... I felt that you over-used the title lines, in at least three cases, something else could be used and make it less repetitive... just one man's view... Richard

repetition repitit.....

I thought the repetition was a kind of acknowledgement that this whole thing over the last week or two has been everyone repeating what everybody else said, only they had to say it their way. Myself included. Thanks for your opinion though, maybe after another visit down the time-line, I will feel differently. ~Gee.

I understand what you meen

I understand what you meen about the repetion being needed to express the opinion or view but how bout you try and express the same view but in different words ? theres an idea that wont change and improve? .. Just an Idea though Gee and I am not always right lol (hug) love Jayne will revisit in the next couple of days I am off to have a look at your older poem I found the other day and tweak it a little lol ... :)
