Are they really both the same?

Enveloped in darkness
with nothing to be seen
floating in security
in a fluid like the sea,

A connection has been made
for nourishment to come
via telepathic thought
imagery and sustenance working just as one,

Pressing on these wall's
that keeps closing all around
trying to find a way
to enlarge this little space,

Not a warning comes
when the sea began to ebb
suddenly a whoosh
the security has fled,

Sitting in this low tide
like a ship that has been wrecked
then there is a life line
that comes from overhead,

A light seems to beckon
from not to far ahead.
Is it the beginning
or is it just the end?

Who can really say?
I haven't met a soul
who's made it past the light?
but maybe we all have,

Was it truly
the first light that we saw
from a well lighted sterile room
that we all thought came from God

It all just seems to me
that the beginning and the end
are really just both
one and truly the same?

Kelsey,

Let me say thank you on the correction, you know, I do that a lot, not really proof reading what I write. It's a bad habit. that I better break. thanks for stopping by to read. Fast Eddie Cruz
