predator
i in my car
there you are
walking blind
a fearless fool
your confident stride
belies the truth
in your ignorance
i break through
you do not know
what my eyes see
dumb, unafraid
i lick my lips
you now hunted
the hapless prey
instinct blunted
within my grip
you too focused
on what you see
you miss the signs
the watcher seeks
unhindered view
of all of you
in painless death
you need to sleep
now you afraid
your darting eyes
dust-dry tongue
over bleeding lips
sate my desire
of life's control
wear you down
with grinding bliss
hear you cry
saturate my soul
agony's fear
your soul i bind
even when released
put you to sleep
for all time
this moment is mine
there you are
walking blind
a fearless fool
your confident stride
belies the truth
in your ignorance
i break through
you do not know
what my eyes see
dumb, unafraid
i lick my lips
you now hunted
the hapless prey
instinct blunted
within my grip
you too focused
on what you see
you miss the signs
the watcher seeks
unhindered view
of all of you
in painless death
you need to sleep
now you afraid
your darting eyes
dust-dry tongue
over bleeding lips
sate my desire
of life's control
wear you down
with grinding bliss
hear you cry
saturate my soul
agony's fear
your soul i bind
even when released
put you to sleep
for all time
this moment is mine
