Unpredictable Predictiality

And the wind
comes a sweetly blowin',
come what may
forever and a day.

Guess myself
I have been knowin',
in this way
I'll sift through the grey.

Good-bye breeze
you knew me too well,
sight unseen
I'm trapped inside my wishing well.

Life moves on
the cards are a showin',
the slate is "clean",
and the winds keep a blowin'.
