To You
Shadows engulfed me, when you walked away
the torture unbearable, you ended my day
The aggony to much, to dance in the light
The darkness my friend,i dwelled in the night
You destroyed my soul, deleted my dream
I was an empty shell with eyes with no gleam
I prayed for death, i wanted to die
When i woke in the morning,i wanted to cry
when you came back to me
it was a breath of fresh air
No longer felt the burn
Of the suns angry glare
You brought back my purpose
And my hope to go on,
No longer did i fear
tommorrows approching dawn
I will love you forever
You must understand
I am at your mercy
As i extend my hand
Will you love me too
Accept the gift of my soul
if you dont where my heart is,
Will be a big gapping hole
Ill be a spiritless being
With no where to roam
For ill belong to you
Till God calls me home
