these days
What sweet torment these days have been,
not keen and etched sharp
or acid washed
as of bereavement,
this is soft.
Like the scent of you
swirling from a room
as you walk out,
leaving me the taste,
your exit,
and the movement of your dress.
Focused, re-aligned and realized,
there has never really been a choice
but this,
to spend my days
with you, anam cara.
not keen and etched sharp
or acid washed
as of bereavement,
this is soft.
Like the scent of you
swirling from a room
as you walk out,
leaving me the taste,
your exit,
and the movement of your dress.
Focused, re-aligned and realized,
there has never really been a choice
but this,
to spend my days
with you, anam cara.
