Skerred

Mostly, it overwhelms me
because I don't see it.

It's a rogue
planting it's feet,

planning to meet  you
as your vacant surprise.

makes you think,
could've been on your feet...

For a millisecond to a half
you're right on "front street"!

It's such a laugh
being right on "front street"!

It's really quite the laugh...
but, about it  there's nothing discreet

startling the dark side
with the other side being preferred,

I should've been happy
when I saw the diving bird...

but, it's "toot sweet"
'cause I kinda like being......."skerred"!

At any rate....

...thanks for both of your comments. I guess I've been feeling a bit "abstract", of late, because I've seen a preponderance of writing down that alley.
