A Moment

I fell upon
the broken glass
it did not hurt
but the colour is stained
the grass was soft
with my tears extra salty
the bears white fur
marked the spot on the map
I practice my bass
inside a cavern so deep
hurl me to another place
where the trees hum
and a wild storm stirs
my feet are sore and numb
time to lie still
with my head in the sand.

An enigmatic Masterpiece!

I'm not sure what the true subject matter is in this piece, but it is so finely put together that it doesn't really matter! Or, maybe I'm just not getting it! At any rate, I really like this poem!
