Dear Nina, I love Winnie, still can't cross a bridge without stopping for a game of poohsticks! lol how old am I?! So happy you're liking my haikus, wouldn't call myself a master, but must say I really enjoy doing them :) That you think them effective Nina, means the world to me, your opinion is much appreciated and vastly respected, oh and Nina, the honey was gorgeous, fresh from the hive, seeping out, glistening and so full of vitality, I was almost buzzing after dipping my finger in so often! lovely way to spend an afternoon :) and my Omi loved it! :) hope all's well with you dear poetess, much love b xx

Hey Sweet Beki

Hey sweet Beki, my mouth watered while reading this. A sweet haiku indeed. By chance I just had 1 spoon of honey, with 5 drops of black seed oil a few minutes before I logged in, that is good for stomach as I had some gas trouble.
