Dear Heart

Dear heart,
I do feel your pain

but, it's so nice to be near you again.

They're valleys
but,  it is I too, who really does hurt.

It's weird but it's only fate showing us the dirt.

In life,
and I believe this to be true,

we're supposed to focus on the sky in all we do.

So Casey,
remember when life is dull

all of the times you were surprised, and life was oh so full !
