Hey Keith, I love your comments, they always make me think about my poems in a new way, thank you for stopping on this one. Right, explanations!! That first line, did anyone ever compliment you and you go to bed thinking about it? That line refers to that, going to sleep on a compliment, make more sense now? I do hope so. I do see what you mean about the repetition of time in that part of the poem but am finding it difficult to think about editing this one, as it was so well recieved by the person it was written for, will think about it, it's quite a personal write and will obviously hold more meaning for Pap as it was written for him but I am glad others have enjoyed the write too.
