depraved indifference
Iindifference
burns holes
in my back
I once had wings,
once I soared
there are stars in the lupine night,
I am woven like a fly
hissing in its spell,
I once hungered for your touch
and vomit with contentment,
without,
I look at youdisgusted with myself,
petals of guilt and
shards of us,
lying all around
May is a lavender Peruvian Lily...
our son bows in prayer,
sanctuary was never home.
burns holes
in my back
I once had wings,
once I soared
there are stars in the lupine night,
I am woven like a fly
hissing in its spell,
I once hungered for your touch
and vomit with contentment,
without,
I look at youdisgusted with myself,
petals of guilt and
shards of us,
lying all around
May is a lavender Peruvian Lily...
our son bows in prayer,
sanctuary was never home.
