NATURE'S WAY The sweet taste of morning dew Blades of honey shining through Crystal prisms on my window sill Dancing rainbows on the wall Ocean green and blue Sending waves of salt spray In the air The cares of night giving way To the first light of day I wonder Why is it so What irony has taken hold Of our innocence Drugged by visions of sweet incense I look behind the Fantasy Death and decay Is what I see That is Nature’s way
