Irant
I'm not happy.
I don't suppose you'd really care,
this wasn't the "straw that broke the camel's back"...
I just think I've had my share
of roughing it, emotionally
and trying to make the best,
of a place and time in history
that's put me to the "test".
Because I've had it
with paying way too many dues...
I'm supposed to get what I can handle,
not perpetually lose
my patience and my innocence
I'm not just trying to , "pitch a fuss",
but I'm mad, sad, and all I've had
are reasons for my disgust.
Now, there's no room "safe", anymore
for discussions or reflecting time,
if handled just right, there'll be plenty of "light"
to clear up, this perpetual crime.
I don't suppose you'd really care,
this wasn't the "straw that broke the camel's back"...
I just think I've had my share
of roughing it, emotionally
and trying to make the best,
of a place and time in history
that's put me to the "test".
Because I've had it
with paying way too many dues...
I'm supposed to get what I can handle,
not perpetually lose
my patience and my innocence
I'm not just trying to , "pitch a fuss",
but I'm mad, sad, and all I've had
are reasons for my disgust.
Now, there's no room "safe", anymore
for discussions or reflecting time,
if handled just right, there'll be plenty of "light"
to clear up, this perpetual crime.
