I wonder, could it be
that we are lost
in a web of dreaming
floating on a wave
of pain remembered
of smiles drawn from the deep

I read you and I see you
a snapshot of your soul
I tiptoe in your territory
frighteningly inspired

Each piece bespoke
each shard a wisdom
each line a legacy
each poem a life of it's own
each word teasing at the truth in me

You who have dwelt in the dark
you are the light
you are beauty

we are lost

Faerybeki, you have written a gem here! I love the way you have portrayed how we glimpse into the minds of others. How they let us see into their worlds of thought, ideas and feelings, in such creative imaginative ways. Feel their pain, fears and happiness. What we read from others gives us such a great oppertunity to feel empathy, sometimes anger.. the list goes on, on the feelings they envolk. Bravo beautiful floating one, this is supurb I have done the 5 star thing & feel so completely honoured you suggest it was inspired in any way by me... You are such a gorgeous soul. Loved this piece, would even if we had no connection. Yay & yippi, made me want to weep & smile & giggle all at once it moved me so Thank you dearest Beki, lovely, lovely, lovely... & by the way, I feel the same way back & all around... Sorry it took an extra day to get here, yesterday was a big day. Thank you Anni, yet again today i find tears welling up in my eyes, as we continue on this awesome journey. I am amazed my poem moved you and others in so many ways ( I didn't think I was capable of such things!) As you say, there is such learning to be had from this Site and these people, and yes i do love it! I feel I can only get better, not just as a writer but as a human BEing. :) I am honoured Anni that you see such loveliness in me and humbled as ever by your beautiful words! :) I wrote a birthday poem for a great friend of mine, amazing lady you'd love her like i do i'm sure, and am reminded of a line from it.. 'what i bring to your journey, you bring to mine'.. I guess we recognise the beauty in each other don't we? and when it is recognised by another it becomes more obvious to ourselves, more easy to believe perhaps? although I'm not sure I'm expressing it very well i've no doubt you will understand what I mean!! :) much love b xx

I so love this, we all do. & ta for that above, I completely agree, when we care for each other & feel that kindred thing, we become mirrors for eachother, I think I wrote this very sentiment to Ann of Norway just a few days ago, how gorgeous that is. Go my gorgeous sister, off on those beautiful wings with you. Kiss your little one & bring her with you. Shine away & sprinkle us all with your good stuff.
